Being good stewards of our natural resources and supporters of the community isn’t just what we hope to do, it’s in our DNA. We have five guiding principles that influence every decision we make:
● Multi-modal: Whether you get here by bike, car or on foot, there’s a place waiting for you at Sylvan | Thirty.● Sustainable: We’re committed to minimizing our impact on the environment.
● Local/organic food options: Local food not only nurishes our bodies, it helps the community as well.
● Community Outreach: Sylvan | Thirty will be so much more than just a place to pick up some vegetables or a grab a quick bite to eat. With farmers markets, public art displays by local artisans and countless community events held in our public spaces, we hope to become a hub of activity in the community.
● Simple + Sophisticated: Life is hectic enough.
About Sylvan | Thirty
Sylvan | Thirty is expected to serve as a major hub in the community with its restaurants, retail, lofts and a local grocery market, as well as a continuous schedule of community activities and events.
When complete in Fall 2012, Sylvan | Thirty will include more than 200 studios and lofts, local retailers, a bank and a local, organic grocery market with farm fresh produce, artisan breads and high-quality butcher.
Additionally, Sylvan | Thirty will serve as a hub for its surrounding community with a full slate of activities, including farmers markets, local artisans and public events.Sylvan | Thirty is a joint development of Oaxaca Interests and Wood Partners.
